How the 90-day program works

You send in (or drop off) a small hair-and-saliva sample. We use EDS to map patterns in your body — the starting point for the program.
Step 2
Custom TrueRife program
From your test, we build a 90-day program — frequency sessions plus a supplement plan matched to what your body appears ready to support.
Step 3
Run at home, then retest
Run your custom programs at home for 90 days. When you finish, send in a new hair-and-saliva sample so we can build your next program based on where your body is then.

What is TrueRife, and how does it fit into my wellness plan?
TrueRife is a frequency-based therapy system that is used to deliver customized sessions — either as a foot bath, a bulb treatment, or a combined dual session using multiple generators. Rife therapy can help improve overall health and wellness by targeting toxins and pathogens in the body. Rife can be useful for helping to improve sleep, decrease brain fog, increase circulation in the body, and reduce overall pain and inflammation.
How do we use hair-and-saliva to create a 90-day Rife program?
Using electro-dermal stress analysis, we scan your hair and saliva sample to help us understand where your body is right now. We test your sample against the TrueRife software program list and through this process your body will match with programs that correspond with your body’s frequencies. This process ensures that the program we build is specific to what your body needs.
How long does it take to build my 90-day program once you receive my hair and saliva sample?
From the time we receive your sample, it will take approximately 7–10 business days to receive your custom 90-day program. Your sample is tested by hand by a skilled EDS technician, not an automated machine. Once completed, you will be notified via text or email and it will be sent to you.
What should I expect as I run my 90-day program?
You may experience mild to moderate detox symptoms in the first 2–4 weeks of starting your 90-day program. Once you get past the initial first few weeks, you may begin to experience an improvement in your sleep, pain, digestive processes, inflammation, and overall energy.
Is TrueRife therapy safe? Any reason not to do it?
TrueRife frequency therapy is generally considered safe for most people. TrueRife does not recommend using Rife therapy if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, defibrillator, neurostimulator, or are under the age of 10 years old.
What happens after I complete my 90-day program?
After you have completed your program, your body will have shifted and changed in several ways. Often each person’s body needs new or different frequencies depending on their current state. If you’d like to continue your wellness journey with Rife, we recommend sending in a new hair and saliva sample so that we can test you for a new 90-day program.
